Glide Pilates is a small clinical pilates studio based in Goolwa South Australia. Glide provides a range of programs to help people build fitness, flexibility, core strength, muscle tone and improve posture. Other programs include tailored programs for falls prevention, strength and stretching.
Pilates is great to help people in their rehabilitation from injury or surgery and research supports its use to help manage non-specific lower back and musculoskeletal pain.
What is Clinical Pilates?
Clinical Pilates focuses on correct form and posture and is individualised to your own body circumstances. I take into account your goals, history of injuries, surgery and overall fitness to ensure your program is suitable for you and where indicated will work in conjunction with your physiotherapist.
As a qualified Equipment and Mat instructor, I am a certified clinical equipment instructor with APPI and I am committed to helping you succeed to achieve your fitness and rehabilitation goals. All participants are given at-home exercises to do between classes.
Small class sizes and pilates programs are tailored to individuals and suit beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.

Glide Pilates provides soft mats, chi balls, fit balls, magic circles, bosu and other small equipment depending on the class being delivered.

The Studio currently has 2 reformers, spine corrector and cadillac (trapeze) table that has multiple purposes.
